While the third TXBRA race of 2003, this
has sort of become the TBi season opener. We had
lots of racers and lots of fun. From dinners prepared by
Lauren, Robbie and Linda to racing exploits in 55+. 45+,
35+, Cat III, Cat IV, Cat V, Women's Cat IV and Junior
events the weekend was a resounding success. There
was friendships re-acquainted and new-found, Mike T and
wine tasting to the entertainment provided by Alum Nick -
Good Times and Good Fun.
TBi fielded Don Merritt
(Sat & Sun), Jerry Vargas (Sat), Nathan Belz (Sat), Andy
Hollinger (Sat & Sun), Eugene Lugo (Sun) in the 45+ and
Richard Vincent in the 55+ (Sat)
John Woodson (Sat & Sun),
Mike Reade (Sat & Sun), Mike Talifero (Sat & Sun), and
Cole Bewely (Sat) raced for TBi in the 35+ field.
Brian Bodovsky raced in
the Pro123 category
Nathan Larimer raced in
the Cat IIIs
Chris Dow (Sat & Sun),
Damian Chavez (Sat & Sun), Eugene Lugo (Sat) and Eddie
Holsopple (Sun) raced in the Cat IVs.
Eric Reyes did the Cat V
category
Amy Kirsch did the
Women's Cat IV and Andrea Schneider did the Junior events.
TBi had no shortage of
spectators and supporters there pictured are Nicole Beck,
