LAJORS Race (TST)







Sunday, May 22nd, at the Birdville ISD Fine Arts and Sports Complex;
9100 Mid-Cities Blvd. (Mid-Cities and Precinct Line
Road) NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY – Event held rain or shine.
A Texas Bicycle Racing Association “Texas Cup” event
centered on youth, junior and new racers. Proceeds will
benefit Birdville High School Bicycle Club.

All Junior and Youth
events qualify for the Lance Armstrong Junior and Olympic
development Race Series.
All USCF Rules apply – all racers
must have a certified cycling helmet on their head when on
their bike (not just racing) – All racers under 18 MUST
have a signed parental permission slip (available on site
or at
www.usacycling.org) to race – NO EXCEPTIONS
Novice events are limited to new
riders – those with 3 races or less and NO TXBRA results
in top 5 of their category.
Course is a .85 mile “parking lot” Criterium with many
turns and no hills. Wheels in wheels out.
Entry $10 on-line for Junior
Events, Senior events on-line are $20. On-site
registration $5 extra. One Day USCF Racing Licenses, if
needed, are an additional $10. All racers can race a
second event for $10
All Boys and Girl and Novice
events receive Medals and Ribbon awards – 10 deep.
P123 will be paid $9 per rider,
Cat 3/4 will pay $8 per rider, all other Senior
(non-novice) categories will be paid $7 a rider split 5
deep : 1st 30%, 2nd 25%, 3rd
20%, 4th 15%, 5th 10% (Minimum
total purse $500.00)
